Students entering 12th grade are required to have a booster (second) dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) if they have not already received one. The booster must be MCV4 vaccine- NOT the meningitis B vaccine.
An up-to-date immunization record indicating that your student has received all required immunizations is due to the school nurse by the first day of attendance for the 2024-25 school year.
